Welcome to the beautiful Lake Berkley and our lovely 4 bedroom villa. The photo on the front page was taken early in the morning as the sun rose over the 14 acre lake through the patio doors to the bedroom.

Lake Berkley is a secure, gated community in a peaceful setting - yet only 2 minutes from the main US 192 Highway that runs through Kissimmee and within 15 minutes to the many Orlando vacation attractions including the Magical Disney Resort.

Our Villa has two large lounges with comfortable leather sofas. One has a 50” TV with over 250 channels whilst the other has a 7 foot pool table - so its easy to relax after a long day in the Florida sunshine or a hectic time at the parks.

From the lounge you can step out onto the patio and enjoy a swim in the pool or a soak in the spa whilst enjoying the magnificent views of the lake.

The Master bedroom also overlooks the pool and the lake and has a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, huge shower and a walk in closet..

There is a second en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms which share a third bathroom. All of the bedrooms have remote control TVs and children will delight at the themed characters.

The fully fitted kitchen has all of the appliances you would expect and there are laundry facilities in the garage. There is also a high chair, cot, pushchair, car seat and childs bicycle should you need these.

The property also has free local and national telephone calls and fast wireless internet broadband access. There are also DVD and video players, playstation 2 and a collection of films, books and games.

We also have a TomTom Satellite Navigation system which will assist in finding your way around.

Our property management company are only a few doors away and will be on hand to assist with any problems or to help and advise with the best way to enjoy your Lake Berkley vacation.
